Spanish is considered a romance language or the language of love. It is often romanticized in movies and books. Learning Spanish is very simple and quick to understand because every letter that you observe in a word is pronounced the same. For example, when pronouncing the word “Nombre” (name) in Spanish, every letter as shown is pronounce as it is. When pronouncing “v” or “b” they are the same in Spanish because there is no difference in pronouncing the two letters. When I speak Spanish, several people have told me that my voice is a bit deeper than in English. I use my tongue so much when speaking in Spanish compared to English. Usually, people in Mexico create nicknames for every person they encounter. For example, if your daughter had a baby. The baby’s name will end in “ita” or “ito” if it is a male. For example, my name is Laura and my family calls me Laurita.
